Add this device with a code from the Overseer
For a device that has no passkey here yet, such as your PC. Ask the Overseer on Telegram: /enrol gives a one-time code. Type it here, then create the passkey on this device (Windows Hello on a PC). It adds this device and removes none: your phone keeps working.

Lost my phone
Type the recovery code from your safe copy and enrol the passkey of the phone you hold now. This removes every passkey enrolled before and signs out everywhere, so the lost phone cannot get back in. The code works once; afterwards ask the Overseer for a new one.
